Product descriptions, available sizes, colors, materials, prices, and other relevant details are displayed on each product page at www.turkiyerug.com. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Prices and promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time before an order is placed. The product, variant, quantity, price, shipping method, and payment method displayed and accepted at checkout constitute the confirmed order details.

3. Orders and Delivery

3.1 By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the product details, total price, shipping information, payment terms, and applicable store policies presented on our website and at checkout.

3.2 Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is complete and accurate.

3.3 We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the United States. International shipping charges and expedited shipping fees, where available, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3.4 Estimated processing and delivery times are displayed on our Shipping Policy page or at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If you experience a delivery problem, please contact us so we can assist you.

3.5 We are responsible for dispatching the correct product in the condition described at the time of purchase. Customers should inspect their orders after delivery and promptly report any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items.

3.6 If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you. With your approval, we may offer a comparable replacement, or we will cancel the affected item and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

3.7 Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized. If payment is declined, reversed, canceled, or otherwise unsuccessful, we are not obligated to process or ship the order.

4. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return of an eligible product within 30 days of its delivery date. The product must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

For eligible returns from customers within the United States, Turkiye Rug provides one prepaid return shipping label at no cost. No restocking fee is charged.

Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and related charges unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

To request a return, email contact@turkiyerug.com with your order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the return. Do not send a product back without receiving return authorization and instructions from us.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original expedited shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Please review our Cancellation and Return Policy for complete details.

5. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered:

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized products.
  • Final-sale or clearance products explicitly marked as non-returnable before purchase.
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags or packaging.
