2. Products and Pricing
Product features and details are described on each product page at www.turkiyerug.com. All listed prices are in USD and reflect the current selling price. Prices and promotional offers are valid until updated or until the stated promotional period ends. The product type, quantity, color, price, and payment method confirmed at checkout constitute the agreed order details.
3. Orders and Delivery
3.1 By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product details, price, and payment terms shown at checkout.
3.2 Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page.
3.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been handed over for delivery.
3.4 We are responsible for delivering the correct product as ordered, complete and in good condition.
3.5 If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and may offer a comparable replacement of equal value with your approval, or issue a full refund.
3.6 If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund the full amount to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
3.7 Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received. If payment is declined, reversed, or canceled, we are not obligated to ship the order.
4. Returns and Refunds
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. To start a return, contact us at info@turkiyerug.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item. 5. Items Not Eligible for Return
Custom-made or personalized products, and items that are not suitable for return due to their nature, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
