Cancellation and Return Policy

At Turkiye Rug, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We offer free standard shipping within the United States and free returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible products.

1. Order Cancellation

Because orders are prepared and processed promptly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of order confirmation.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@turkiyerug.com or +1 302 496 3334. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

2. 30-Day Free Return Policy

You may request a free return within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging remain intact.
  • You provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  • The product is not listed under the exceptions described below.

3. Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

  • Eligible US Returns: Turkiye Rug provides one prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer for eligible returns initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Contact us promptly with photographs of the product and packaging. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange a refund or replacement.
  • International Returns: Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and related charges.
  • Restocking Fee: We charge no restocking fee ($0.00).

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@turkiyerug.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending the item.
  3. For eligible US returns, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and attach the provided label.

Do not send a return without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund to your account. Original expedited shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

To exchange an eligible product for a different size or style, contact us within 30 days of delivery. For eligible US orders, we provide one prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Any price difference between the original and replacement products must be paid before the exchange is dispatched.

7. Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation after production has started:

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized products.
  • Final-sale or clearance products that were explicitly marked as non-returnable before purchase.
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags and packaging.

This exception does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

8. Free US Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the United States. International shipping charges and expedited shipping fees, where available, are calculated at checkout.
