  • If you notice any errors, correct them before completing the membership process.
  • After completing the registration, you can edit any missing or incorrect details through the "My Account" section accessible under "Member Login" or contact our customer service team.
  • Once your membership process is completed, a copy of this Membership Information and Agreement will be sent to the email address provided in your Membership Information. Additionally, it will be available as a form on our website. Please note that a member-specific agreement document may not be separately stored in our systems.

You may terminate your membership at any time without providing a reason or incurring penalties by notifying us via the contact channels mentioned above. Likewise, Turkiye Rug reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for various reasons.

  • Appropriate measures for the security of information and transactions provided by members are implemented based on the nature of the information and transaction, either by our company or the relevant institutions.
  • All credit card transactions and approvals are carried out online independently of our company by the relevant bank or card organization. Information such as credit card passwords is not seen or recorded by our company.

  • Members may opt out of receiving commercial electronic communications at any time without providing a reason by contacting us.

By filling in the Membership Information and approving this agreement, the member acknowledges that they have reviewed and understood the information regarding personal data processing and membership/customer services available on the website or in our stores.

Turkiye Rug reserves the right to make changes to the topics mentioned above and the products, services, and offers it provides. These changes will become effective once announced on the website or through other appropriate methods. All campaigns are subject to the conditions announced.
