1.2 – Buyer:
The person who registers as a customer on the online shopping site www.turkiyerug.com. The address and contact information used during registration are considered valid.

ARTICLE 2 - FEATURES OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE

The main features of goods or services are provided on the website www.turkiyerug.com. You can review the product details during the campaign period.

The listed prices on the website are the selling prices. Published prices and commitments are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of the specified period.

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, selling price, payment method, and details at the time of order finalization constitute the information for the product/service.

ARTICLE 3 - GENERAL TERMS

3.1) The buyer declares that they have read and agreed to the preliminary information on the product's essential characteristics, sales price, payment terms, and delivery details on the website www.turkiyerug.com and has confirmed these electronically.

3.2) The product will be delivered to the buyer or a designated recipient at the address provided within the timeframe specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the buyer's location, within the legal 30-day period.

3.3) The seller cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product to the buyer due to any issues encountered by the shipping company during delivery.

3.4) The seller is responsible for delivering the product as per the order details, complete and intact, along with any warranty certificates and user manuals if applicable.

3.5) Before the obligation to perform the contract expires, the seller may provide an alternative product of equal quality and price to the buyer with prior notification and explicit approval.

3.6) If the execution of the order becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer and refund the total amount within 10 days before the contractual obligation expires.

3.7) Confirmation of the Preliminary Information Form electronically is a prerequisite for product delivery. If the payment is not made or canceled in the bank records for any reason, the seller is deemed to be relieved of their obligation to deliver the product.

3.8) If the buyer's credit card is used fraudulently or unlawfully by unauthorized persons after the product is delivered to the buyer, the buyer must return the product to the seller within three days, provided it was delivered to them. The shipping costs in this case are borne by the buyer.

3.9) In case of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing delivery within the agreed time, the seller must inform the buyer. If the buyer cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded within 10 days.

ARTICLE 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract without any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any reason within 14 days from the delivery of the product to them or their designated recipient.

To exercise this right, the buyer must notify the seller in writing via registered mail, email, or phone within 14 days, and the product must be unused.

Upon exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • The invoice for the product delivered to the buyer or a third party.
  • The return form.
  • The returned product must be delivered in its original box, packaging, and with all accessories intact and undamaged.

The seller is obliged to refund the total amount to the buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.

ARTICLE 5 - PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products customized or prepared according to the buyer's requests and products unsuitable for return due to their nature.
